The main ingredients of DISKO special cleaning products are orange peel oil and highly effective primary alcohols, which - because of their high flash point – do neither soak nor damage materials like rubber rollers. Special additives create a number of cleaning products for various applications. For example, a magnetic head cleaner must be 100% residue-free and non-electrically conducive. A rubber roller cleaner must be able not only to clean rubber surfaces but also to revitalize them so that they remain elastic and able to grip. DISKO special cleaners are also ideal for removing various kinds of stubborn stains from various surfaces.

Moistened intensive cleaning cloths

These cloths are suitable for cleaning electronic hardware components, thermal printing heads, sensors, scanners, magnetic heads, etc. Also suitable for removing permanent marker and other stubborn stains on plastic and other surfaces.

Moistened cloth:
high-quality microfiber cloth, lint-free, abrasion-resistant, picks up the entire solute dirt. Easy, efficient and gentle cleaning. 

Dry cloth:
fleece cloth, highly absorbent, lint-free, for drying the cleaned surfaces.

Cleaner for thermal printer heads

A printing head in modern thermal printers can reach a temperature of more than 100 °C. Air humidity can cause paper dust, adhesive residues, dust and dirt to be deposited on the printing head. The high temperatures can cause dirt to burn into the surface of the printer head. As a result, printing quality is reduced and defects can occur.
DISKO cleaner for thermal printer heads has been specially developed to clean thermal printer heads quickly and effectively. It is best to use a lint-free cleaning cloth or a special cleaning swab to apply the thermal head cleaner.

With DISKO label remover paper labels and glue residues from plastic labels are removed easily. Apply the cleaning agent to the paper label or glue residue, allow to soak in and then remove. For best results use a lint-free cleaning cloth.
